The idea to start this blog came to me during COVID-19 quarantine, when suddenly I realised that I had too much time on my hands.
I like experimenting and cook something new every day and I feel bad when nice recipes get lost and forgotten as I move forward with new ideas. So I have decided to put everything together. First the plan was to make a recipe book but then I have changed my mind and opted for the blog as I would love some interaction with you guys =)
Cooking has always been a kind of meditation for me. It's the best anti-stress. And I'm not going to lie - I do love food =) When I come home after a long day at work, simply chopping a tomato or getting carried away with some complex recipes, calms me down and brings harmony to my heartbeat and then - to my stomach and to everyone I share meal with =) I do love cooking for my family and friends!
I call it "Meditation with Knives".
That would be great if we can create a community of like-minded cooking enthusiasts to share experience, stories, recipes and good vibes.
